The Builder Guild offers buyers two options – selecting a homesite and a builder to create a custom home or choosing from one of the custom homes by builders currently available in the community.
At Hidden Lake, you have the opportunity to buy a home already under construction and personalize it by selecting everything from exterior materials to kitchen appliances to paint colors, depending on the amount of construction already completed. You can always purchase one of our homesites and start from scratch to build your dream home.
All homes in Hidden Lake are subject to design guidelines reviewed by an Architectural Control Committee to ensure the community remains aesthetically pleasing and that each home is unique.
Each Hidden Lake builder is an independent builder and must go through a competitive review process to be admitted to the Builder Guild. Builders also undergo an annual review to ensure they’re adhering to our strict guidelines.
