The Builder Guild offers buyers two options – selecting a homesite and a builder to create a custom home or choosing from one of the custom homes by builders currently available in the community.All homes in Hidden Lake are subject to design guidelines reviewed by an Architectural Control Committee to ensure the community remains aesthetically pleasing and that each home is unique.
Each Hidden Lake builder is an independent builder and must go through a competitive review process to be admitted to the Builder Guild. Builders also undergo an annual review to ensure they’re adhering to our strict guidelines.

Hidden Lake’s Green Leaf Program recognizes Guild Builders who follow green-building practices. Homes in the Green Leaf Program are recognized as green (one leaf), greener (three leaves) and greenest (five leaves). |
